We have now successfully completed maintenance works on over 50 different properties they manage:

Specialist plumbing work :

leak fixing
supply & replace kitchen taps
supply & fit new control pack to central heating system
clear expansion tank and pipes
repaired leak on dishwasher supply valve
removing broken WC seat, supplied and installed replacement seat
supply & fit replacement shower hose

Specialist electrical and carpentry work :

electricians visit to install additional storage heather
enable door to the living room to close properly (door needed shaving)
removed broken latches from door handles, replaced with new.
