A stone's throw from our office, we have recently completed this Side Return Extension in Tremadoc Road, SW4. With the benefit of the side return, the flat was converted from a one bed to a two bedroom spacious apartment with a light, bright open plan living space. To comply with Lambeth's planning requirement, we incorporated a small lightwell into the design. The full project gallery can be viewed here.
