Our Design Team recently obtained planning permission for this exquisite home extension. Located in the heart of Croydon, this understated property has been transformed into a grand family home. The additions include a basement conversion, a ground floor rear extension and a two-storey side extension, which will increase the footprint of the home by a whopping 75%.

We worked with the homeowner, to create a design that makes efficient use of the additional space. We’ve added one bedroom, a music room, a utility area, a shower room and three en-suite bathrooms. Two of the en-suite bedrooms also now contain walk-in wardrobes – what a dream! We have also doubled the size of the kitchen and dining area, to create a vibrant and sociable family hub.
