We have just completed this Ground Floor Extension in Lewisham. For this scheme, our clients wanted to open up the space to create an open plan kitchen and living area. We also incorporated a small WC, which is expertly placed underneath the staircase to make full use of the space available.

The kitchen and living area are in one, large room however the ‘zones’ are kept separate thanks to the kitchen island, which acts as a barrier between the two spaces. This is an effective way of breaking up the space whilst allowing for an accessible, sociable atmosphere.

Equipped with a luscious garden, dazzling pendant lights, plus a built-in wine cooler, this home has both a serene and vibrant ambience to it.
