Our Design Team have had another great planning win this week, this time with Merton Council. The homeowner of this end of terrace property wanted to take full advantage of the space available by extending the full depth of the side turn.

While this scheme was a little different to our typical project, we were keen to take on the challenge. To satisfy the guidelines from Merton Council, we set the proposed area back slightly from the existing rear of the property. It was important to both the client and the council that this extension was in keeping with the local area and was designed so that it would match the existing elements of the property. Our client is delighted with the results and is excited to get started on the next phase of the project.
