We have recently completed a portfolio of images as part of our 3D Visualisation Service for a project in Dagnan Road, Balham SW12. 

The scheme will include both a Side Return and Loft Conversion, the latter using a 'hip-to-gable' construction method as the property is end of terrace. We have achieved a design which accommodates two bedrooms and an ensuite shower room with the loft. 

This will be our 3rd build on Dagnan Road and after the requisite permissions are in place, we're looking forward to getting started.
