It's one of those (entirely unintentional) well kept secrets: Build Team also convert lofts. All that we ask is there is also a Side Return involved somewhere within the mix.

We also have specialist in-house design and planning knowledge when it comes to Loft Conversions, and can offer clients who are looking to undertake both projects the same two-stage process, with a packaged Design Phase of just £4,995 + VAT. This fee is fixed and covers everything you require ahead of build: planning permission (or a Certificate of Lawful Development for Permitted Development), full Structural Engineering and finally, the technical drawing package. We also include a detailed Schedule of Works which will be line-priced by Build Team ahead of you awarding the tender to build.

And following the same core values of our Two-Stage process, clients who contract us for the Design Phase are not obliged to award Build Team the contract to build.
