We are constantly striving to offer our clients a more enriched architectural Design Phase.

As an add-on to our fixed fee Design Phase of £2,995 + VAT, we have now built the skills and capability to offer clients a package of 3D visualisations. This service will enable homeowners to view their Side Return Extension in 3D with full colour graphics, inspect how the extension will look from outside and also 'walk-through' the new room as if it were to exist for real. 

Build Team are providing this service for just £500 + VAT (we are only able to offer it as a bolt-on to Design Phase instructions), and you will receive 3 internal 3D images, 1 external one and an animated Flythru production in video format.
