Build Team have succeeded once again in winning an Appeal to gain planning permission for a wraparound scheme in Lambeth.

The decision letter for the initial planning application stated that the scheme would appear “overly large and dominant” and that the wraparound floor plan would harm the original architecture of the building.

Build Team appealed this decision and won, with the Planning Inspector concluding that “the proposal would not cause unacceptable harm to the character and appearance of the host property or the surrounding area.“ 

The Appeal was in relation to a wraparound design for a flat on Lyham Road, SW2.
