Build Team have been successful once again at challenging Lambeth’s SPD policy on wraparounds in the borough! 

The Planning Inspector on this case stated “I conclude that the appeal proposal would not adversely affect the character and appearance of the locality. It would, therefore, generally accord with Policies 33 and 36 of the London Borough of Lambeth Unitary Development Plan (2007) and Policies S1 and S9 of the Lambeth Local Development Framework Core Strategy (2011).”

The Appeal was regarding a wraparound for a flat on Strathleven Road, SW2.
