Build Team were recently appointed on a major house refurbishment in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. The contract was awarded by an existing Build Team client based in London – and the works are being undertaken as a full design and build package. The project has a duration of 16 weeks and involves the complete refurbishment of a family dwelling including rewiring, new central heating system, reconfiguring the ground floor, new windows and plastering throughout. Build Team are also coordinating the interior design – delivering a full furnished, bespoke property ready for tenant occupation.
