Build Team achieved a score of 28.0 for the initial site visit under the scheme at Kensington Place. This score is regarded by the Considerate Contructors as “a good site that is considerate”. Commenting on the assessment, monitoring surveyor Chris Lane FCIOB FCMI said “A well presented site where William is aware of the CC Scheme requirements and attention to the areas highlighted in this report will attract a higher score at my next visit. Good effort for a newly registering contractor”. Build Team are in process of actioning the various points highlighted by Mr Lane, which will also be replicated across other sites in the group.
