Works commence today on another Side Return Extension in Stokenchurch Street, Fulham SW6. Our client instructed Build Team on a Design and Build basis and we were delighted to return a generous planning consent obtained from Hammersmith & Fulham for a side and rear projection in excess of 40 square meters, and with a boundary party wall of 3.2 meters. The property also falls within a conversation area which added an additional challenge to overcome.
