Following the Prime Minister's announcement on 4 January, Build Team remain fully open and operational as usual during these challenging times. Our construction sites are regaining their momentum following the Christmas recess and members of our Design Team are continuing to undertake measured surveys in a Covid-secure manner.  We have audited all of our processes to ensure that where there is no practical alternative to an "in-person attendance" this is carried out in a safe and secure manner. 

We are receiving a number of enquiries from clients hesitant about starting their work in the midst of a pandemic. Whilst construction remains on the Government list of "permitted industries" allowed to remain open, we are able to undertake the works as was the case during the first and second lockdowns. We continue to closely monitor the situation and have developed a Covid-secure method of delivery for both the design and build phases of each project. On the build side, where homeowners are understandably nervous about works being forced to stop at short notice, we have developed a comprehensive suite of risk assessments to cover various scenarios and also to ensure that the necessary Stop/Go checks are made at the relevant project milestones. 

As we enter Lockdown 3.0, we will continue to update our processes in accordance with Government advice and implement further changes to our delivery procedures should they be required.
