We are delighted to annouce we have been appointed to design and build neighbouring kitchen extensions on Elm Park, SW2. Set within the Rush Common & Brixton Hill conservation area, a high quality design with appropriate consideration of materials was required to secure planning consent. Works have commenced on the first property (which includes the full refurbishment of the upper parts) and preliminary demolition works are set to commence to the neighbouring property shortly. We look forward to adding both projects to Build Team's Conservation portfolio once complete.
