In late summer we radically transformed how you can gain a quotation from Build Team! Through the introduction of Design Consultations, a free over the phone service, you can now get a Design and Build quotation quicker and easier than ever before.

This new service is so much more flexible for clients, you don’t need to take time off work or lose a few hours out of your busy schedule. Simply arrange with our team for a designer to call back at a time that best suits you, maybe while you’re on the train, at lunch or even when out and about.

Prior to the call we will research your property, street and local planning authority, and you are free to send through any photos, floorplans or inspiration images you have for the designer to look over. During the call you will speak to the Architectural Designer about your extension aspirations, discuss the projects feasibility and also find out about options that are available to you. Within one working day you will receive a quote and sketch from our team via email breaking down the costs for you.
