We have recently been instructed on our third project on North Street (SW4) and we couldn’t be happier to be back on familiar territory. North Street sits within a Conservation Area in Lambeth, and our Design Team have had great success in getting planning permission for some wonderful schemes in the past. The latest project is a ground floor extension to a flat, which enables the two bedrooms to almost double in size, and allows for a generous living, kitchen and dining area towards the rear of the home. We’ve incorporated Bi-fold doors and 2 large skylights to flood the home with natural light.
