With 2014 set to be another big year for Build Team we've taken a look at the data produced from last months Build Your Price Quotes to see what it may mean for the future.

More and more quotes are coming through from outside of London we're receiving a good number of enquirys for our Nationwide Design Service. If you want to know more about this phone the office on 0207 495 6561 and a member of the team will be happy to talk to you about it.

Our Pre-purchase feasibillity service has also seen an increase in enquirys with a thrid of our clients choosing to recieve a quote in the early stages of their proporty purchases. 

Not suprisingly the most popular postcode was SW11 with the average quote coming out at around £37,006. Lambeth and Southwark are our most popular boroughs when it comes to quotes, SE15 was thrid in the list with an average of £38,621. We do advise however to get a formal quote as its the only way to get a truly accurate cost for your Side Return Extension.
