After a great August with plenty of enquiries and several new design instructions September has been even busier. In the past week we’ve submitted four sets of final drawings to planning; St Georges Square SW1, Beechdale Road SW2, Netherford Road SW4 and finally Nunhead Green SE15.

We’ve also had a record number of Design Instructions in postcodes SW12, N8, SE23 and W6 in the last week alone. This is great news for Build Team as it represents 50% growth on last year. Just a quick note to those wanting to build their side return in the New Year; the Design Process typically takes around 12 weeks (allowing for the 8 week statutory adjudication period which is outside of our control) so if you do want to get going with the build in Q1 2014, it would be best to get the Design Process underway as soon as possible. 

Increased enquiries from postcodes in North London and Twickenham show the Build Team word is spreading which is excellent news. And what has happened in East Dulwich SE22, Forest Hill SE23 and Peckham SE15?! These postcodes are rapidly becoming our No1 hotspot for BuildYourPrice quotes via our online price calculator and Brockley SE4 is very close behind.
