Due to recent expansion within the business, we are delighted to announce our decision to move to larger premises in 2014.

We are staying within the entrepreneurial and friendly confines of the Clapham North Arts Centre, but moving to substantially larger premises. Set over 3 floors, Unit 1F will allow us to designate individual spaces for both our Design Studio and Build Department.

Continuing to work 'hand in glove' as is the Build Team philsophy, the Design and Build arms of the business will have the space to grow yet retain the opportunity to work together as one team.

Alice is project managing the refurbishment of the office and we are taking the unit back to a raw shell. From there we will be installing new Velux S06 rooflights (as is typically found in a quality Side Return!), a very advanced form of insulation called Super Tri-Iso from Proctor, a new bathroom & kitchenette and new hardwood flooring throughout. The planned occupation date is 1 February 2014.
